A great house in Lura Resort Gjiri Lalzit with 2 bedrooms with a capacity of 5 people.
The house is comfortable, fully-equipped, with a size of 120 m². It has views of the garden.
Located 100 m from Eco market, 170 m from Oasis Beach sand beach, 290 m from Oasis the restaurant, 390 m from Triumf the restaurant, 38 km from capital Tirana and Tirana International Airport international airport.
It is situated in a family-friendly resort next to the sea.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: 100 m2 garden, 50 m² terrace, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, heat pump, air-conditioned, open-air parking near the building, 1 TV.
In the hotplate of glass ceramics open plan kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, kettle and kitchenware are provided. The villa is offered to guests use only. Our primary focus is to make them feel comfortable and relaxed in the cozy space. We will be there for you 24/7. Fell free to contact us at any moment. During your stay in the villa, please be careful to follow the resort's rules. The booked property is part of a resort, managed by a team, which is not part of our agency. For violating the rules of well-being in the community, any action or measure that can be taken is in the competence of the resort management. Basic rules, which must be kept in mind by tenant clients as well as residents: • The noise is prohibited in the late hours after 22:00. • It is forbidden to drive a car with a speed higher than 20 km per hour. • It is forbidden to throw waste on stairs or in common areas.
