The cliffside beach and Grande Conque beach are directly accessible from the residence. 2-room apartment with sleeping alcove, 30m², air-conditioned, with a loggia on the ground floor, sleeps 4. Pets allowed. It comprises: - Living room: sofa bed, television - Kitchenette: refrigerator with freezer compartment, stovetop, washing machine, mini-oven, microwave, electric coffee maker - Bathroom: shower, sink - Separate WC - Bedroom: 1 double bed (140cm) - Sleeping alcove: 1 single bunk bed (90cm) - Loggia: table and chairs The swimming pool is subject to approval by the condominium association and is normally open from mid-June to early September. A security deposit of €400 is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard). --- Guests/occupants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to check in. --- * This accommodation is intended for families * *** Groups please refrain from booking *** --- For arrivals after 6:00 PM, please contact our agency before booking to inquire about availability. --- Optional services payable on site and to be booked before arrival: - Pets: €17 - Baby cot: €17 - Towel rental: €10 - Linen rental: €15 - Cleaning (2-room apartment - 2-room cabin): €70 Property managed by a professional.
