For outdoor lovers, the neighbouring Garraf Natural Park offers a network of trails through pine woods and dramatic rocky outcrops. Any bookings for subsequent years will be on request only and correct rates will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once we have checked availability with the owner or their property manager. Please note home security devices may be installed at the villa, please enquire for further information. 1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Additional travel cots, high-chairs, and cot mattress toppers may be rented upon request, subject to availability, at the following fees: - €25 per cot - €15 per high chair - €20 per cot mattress topper A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies if the service has not been requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. Smoking and Vaping are not permitted. Gym: Children under 16 years are not permitted to use the gym. Lead guest must be at least 25 years old. No groups of young people under 25 years old. 3 - 7 nights. Not available. Visitors Tax payable locally in cash (typically costs €1-€10 per adult per night - please enquire if exact amount is required). Wi-Fi internet access included. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
