With cafés, shops, parks, and transit just steps away, this suite is your perfect Vancouver basecamp. • Private 900 sq ft basement suite with its own dedicated entrance • Two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a queen bed • A pull-out sofa in the living area for additional guest • Comfortable living room with a wall-mounted TV and thermostat-controlled heating • In-unit washer and dryer for added convenience • Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home-cooked meals • Private entrance with contactless smart lock — fully self-sufficient arrival • Free street parking directly outside the property • Steps to independent cafés, local shops, and restaurants on Main & Fraser • Multiple transit routes within a short walk • Close to parks and green space — ideal for morning walks and outdoor time • Quiet residential street in one of Vancouver's most walkable neighborhoods Guest Access: Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire basement suite — both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living area, in-unit laundry, and supply closets.
The suite has its own private entrance on the right side of the house.
The main floor is a separate private residence and is not accessible to guests. Other Things to Note: • The main floor of this home is occupied, and the basement unit is completely private and has its own separate entrance, ensuring guests have their own dedicated space throughout their stay. • As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to host pets at this home. • Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for $75 CAD each.
