Sleeping up to 7 guests, the open-concept main floor features a chef's kitchen with professional-grade appliances, a comfortable living room and a dining area for 8. Four bedrooms, four modern bathrooms, a basement lounge, and a private fenced backyard with BBQ make this the ideal base for your World Cup experience.
The Canada Line is just a 5-8-minute walk away. • Clean, modern 3-storey home with an open layout and a floating glass-rail staircase • Comfortable living room with a sectional sofa, indoor fireplace, and large Smart TV set into a custom feature wall • Well-equipped kitchen with a professional gas range, large island with bar seating, and a built-in wine fridge • Dining area with seating for 8, with sliding doors leading out to the backyard patio • Basement lounge with a large TV, sectional sofa, and a desk — great for an extra hangout space or remote work • King master bedroom with a spa-style ensuite featuring a soaker tub and walk-in glass shower • Three additional bedrooms, including a second King ensuite, all bright and comfortably furnished • Four well-finished bathrooms, including two en-suites, a shower-only bathroom, and a main-floor powder room • Private, fully fenced backyard with a gas BBQ, patio seating, and a tidy lawn • In-unit washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire home across all three floors, including all 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, basement lounge, backyard, patio with BBQ, and the laundry room.
