Villa located in the secured residence "Les Tamaris" only 500m from the sea with swimming pools and entertainment for the children(from june to septembre - access extra to pay).
It is a T4 house with 2 terraces on each side.
There are 2 bedrooms and a separate WC upstairs, and on the ground floor, a living room with fitted kitchen and Airco, 1 bathroom with new shower, 1 separate WC, a double bedroom with shower. A beautiful spacious tiled and fenced terrace facing due south.
All with an electric pergola whose blades are adjustable with lighting.
A garden furniture, 1 stone barbecue, 2 deckchairs.
Another terrace at the front of the house Possibility to park in front of the house.

Maison agréable, bien située, pas très loin de la mer, des commerces, piscines à l'intérieur de la résidence dont 1 avec des jets, bain à remous... Et toboggans. Bar snack. Au calme dans la résidence et sur le bord de plage plus d'activités pour sortir le soir comme la journée.
