Hamble House is an exceptional luxury retreat set over four floors in the coastal village of Warsash, Hampshire.
Recently refurbished to an exceptional standard, this stylish property offers the perfect setting for families and friends, with a private heated indoor swimming pool, steam room, year-round hot tub, games room and beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms. Arriving through private security gates, you'll find ample parking for up to eight cars before stepping into a grand entrance hall that sets the tone for the elegant interiors beyond.
At the heart of the home is a spectacular kitchen with an immense central island, granite worktops, two ovens, an American-style fridge/freezer, wine fridge and everything needed for entertaining.
The adjoining orangery opens through bi-fold doors onto the gardens, framing beautiful views across Southampton Water.
A private chef can also be arranged for special occasions.
The games room offers pool and table football, while individually designed bedrooms feature underfloor heating, TVs, generous storage and many benefit from en-suite bathrooms or balconies.
Outside, landscaped gardens provide the perfect space to relax, with sun loungers, a gas BBQ dining area and a bespoke Scandinavian Grill Hut complete with charcoal BBQ, fridge, chiller and cosy fur rugs.
Gas, charcoal and firelighters are all included.

Please note: This property can only accommodate changeover days of Monday and Friday. Hamble House is set over four floors and offers eight bedrooms with Smart TVs. The bedrooms include a second floor super king size with electric fire, Juliette balcony, dressing area and en suite with bath, walk in shower, basin and WC, a super king size with dressing room, balcony and en suite bath, double basin and WC, a super king size zip link with balcony and en suite walk in shower, basin and WC, two doubles with balconies and en suite walk in showers, one double with en suite walk in shower and basin and WC, and two further doubles. There is a bathroom with freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, basin and WC, plus a cloakroom with basin and WC. The living areas include a kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, American fridge freezer, wine chiller, chiller drawers, freezer and warming drawer, along with a utility, dining room, sitting room and a living and dining room. There is an indoor swimming pool with hot tub, a steam room and a games room with pool table and table football. Outside offers a non enclosed garden with lawn and patio, furniture, sun loungers, outdoor fridge, gas barbecue and charcoal barbecue and private driveway parking is available for 7 cars. Amenities include underfloor heating, WiFi and Smart TVs. Fuel and power inc. in rent, plus bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and two highchairs available on request.
