The house is located in the seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins, 1.5 km from the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean Sea. You will be a 2 km walk from the historic center of Antibes and 5 km from the famous rocky coves of Cap d’Antibes.
The house is also only 10 km east of Cannes, where you can enjoy the famous Promenade de la Croisette, many shops and restaurants, and the glamour of the Cannes Film Festival each May. This charming small house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests: Bedroom 1: double bed (140 x 200) Bedroom 2 (open mezzanine): double bed (140 x 200) 1 bathroom: shower and WC Fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, and washer/dryer The fireplace is not functional; open flames are not allowed Air conditioning in the living room Free Wi-Fi Additional information: The owner lives next door and will personally welcome you. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is accessed via the lane behind the house. You can park your vehicle in front of the house gate. No parties are allowed.
