Welcome to this beautiful 47m² Parisian apartment, designed to offer a functional yet deeply relaxing stay in the heart of the capital.
Located on the third floor of a typical building without an elevator, this light-filled living space will charm you with its tranquility and unobstructed views.
The sleeping area comprises a spacious first bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a second, more inviting bedroom with a 140x200cm double bed.
The living room features a very comfortable 160x200cm sofa bed, allowing for a total of up to 6 guests to travel in optimal comfort.
For your convenience, linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, allowing you to travel light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher for easy meal preparation.
A coffee machine is also available for your gentle mornings.
For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and hairdryer for laundry during your stay. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, allowing you to stay connected or work in peace. Ideally located, the apartment is just a 5-minute walk from a Carrefour supermarket and within easy walking distance of numerous local restaurants. Please note that the apartment does not have private parking, but its exceptional location makes getting around easy.
