This new one-room flat is located on the ground floor and has a living space of approx. 30 square metres.
It has a separate entrance into the living/bedroom with a double bed and a dining area as well as a kitchenette with 2 electric hobs, coffee machine, fridge and toaster, separated by a curtain.
The bathroom has a shower, WC and a washing mat, satellite TV, heating, wifi, hairdryer and iron. Washing machine.
This small apartment is perfect for two people. It has recently been completely renovated and the ceiling height is 2.10 metres.

The beach is 1000 metres away by car or reachable by foot (500 metres), restaurant in the village (about 200 metres). The nearest shopping centre is in Brenzone (1 km) or in Porto (500 m). Casa Mary is located in a very quiet village, far from the traffic of the Gardesana road and close to the many paths.
