Street parking and nearby garages are available and rates vary.
Some of the features are: → 1 King master suitę, 1 additional King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, 1 Queen sleeper sofa in a private alcove, 1 Queen air bed upon request →Could Accommodate 10 guests in total → King Master bedroom with in-suite bathroom and huge shower → Full length mirror → Beach & Bath towels included → Fully equipped + stocked kitchen → Combined kitchen/living room/dining room is the center piece of this unit. → Large, open and spacious → Perfect place for your entire group to gather, cook, eat, and relax. → Generous bedrooms with ample closet space. → Extremely safe historic neighborhood → Professional laundry service is employed for washing all linens → Walk Score 97 (daily errands, nightlife, beach, cafe's, dining within walking distance) → Bike Score 87 (very bike friendly, nearby bike shop & city bike rentals) → 15 min drive to downtown Miami, Biscayne Blvd → Walk 4 blocks to the beach → Strict CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting are followed → Beach gears are available for an additional fee.
Note: Airbed available for extra guests Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the units, and a fine will be assessed if the no smoking rules are not observed.
The cleaning fee includes a $69 insurance fee.
TRUST AND SAFETY: The SafelyStay, Inc.
Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $1,500 of accidental coverage for contents damage and property damage.
Any deductible or minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest.

While all the units have almost identical layout, pictures may slightly differ but the rooms all have the same features and amenities.
Units may be on the ground or second floor.
The building has no elevator, and units may be on the ground floor or second floor.
If you have a car, make sure to park only where it's permitted or else your car will get towed.
If you have doubts on where to park, please reach out to us and we will recommend nearby options.
Most activities are walking distance, otherwise recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around. → For guest with cars, there is paid public parking only.
Paid spaces are by the hour and lots run between $20 - $40 per night. → Miami Beach has a strict residential parking policy, but allows free parking during week days for loading and unloading (always be aware of the signs). → Download the FreeBee app which provides free electric golf cart rides to any location on the beach. → Bike shops are a block away if you want to rent a bicycle as well.
