Completely renovated 17th-century church in the countryside around San Miniato, located in an ancient Renaissance village.
The accommodation consists of the single-nave church, two bedrooms—one of which is on the mezzanine.
The property features an exclusive outdoor space, an imposing antique staircase, and an entrance with a patio and antique columns. The bathroom is housed in the ancient sacristy, with a frescoed vault and a shower finished in fine Tuscan stone.
The kitchen and cabinets are handcrafted. A true Renaissance church, transformed into a two-bedroom house, is furnished with antique and vintage furniture, an original floor in antique bricks, TV, air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi. The handcrafted kitchen is made of wood and precious Tuscan stone and includes a dishwasher and washing machine.
A canopy bed is present in one room, from where it is possible, using a rope, to ring the 17th-century bell on the small bell tower.
The other room is on the mezzanine, overlooking the church from above.
The bathroom with a frescoed vault features a free-standing sink and an extra-large shower in precious Tuscan stone. The outdoor space consists of a courtyard with an old stone sink, a gas barbecue, and a front patio under the colonnade.

It is easily accessible by car, and you can park both in the ancient stone square of the village and in the private garage.
