Centrally located in a beautiful neighbourhood just 10 minutes from dtwn & some of the city's hottest neighbourhoods; for the outdoorsy traveller, lovely hikes are at your fingertips - driving is 15 mins from the North Shore mountains, 45 mins to Squamish and 90 mins to Whistler.
Home is in a residential area but on busy street.
Bottom floor is occupied (private entrance, completely separated).
No smoking or pets The entire suite is yours as a private getaway! When you enter the suite on the ground level, accessed by a private door code, you will find a spacious foyer with direct access to the full sized laundry machines available for your convenience.
From there, head upstairs to find your home-away-from-home in the heart of Vancouver, stocked with everything you may need to enjoy your stay.
This suite offers a spacious living room (with a fireplace!) and ample room for lounging; the oversized kitchen is ready to host your culinary adventures, including a large dining table to host your group's meals and memories.
For resting, relaxing and sleeping, we offer three generous bedrooms (one queen bed, two double beds), each equipped with their own smart TV's, closets and additional storage; the primary suite offers a full ensuite for additional privacy.
We invite you to use the front yard, equipped with outdoor sofas, chairs and a bistro table for your enjoyment of the sunny days! The lower suite is occupied, but is completely separate with its own private entrance and the lower suite has no access to the private outdoor spaces reserved for your stay.
