The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Avignon.
It has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 9 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 135 m² including a terrace.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 35 m² living room with a TV, double sofa bed, dining area and fireplace (firewood provided) - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, three coffee machines (Nespresso, filter and bean-to-cup), etc. - A bathroom (with shower and bath) - A separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, iron. Outdoors: - A private 10 m² swimming pool (heated on request at an additional cost), open from 1 May to 31 October - A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of approximately 100 m², south-facing - A terrace of approximately 20 m², south-facing, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally located in Avignon, a 10-minute walk from the ramparts and a 20-minute walk from the Palais des Papes. You will be close to all essential shops, and about a 20-minute walk from boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Activities: - Discover the Palais des Papes, Avignon's iconic monument - Cross the Pont d'Avignon bridge, with views of the river and ramparts - Walks and hikes along the banks of the Rhône and at the Rocher des Doms - Sample local food and wine Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Avignon, about 5 km away - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence, about 84 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (advertisement and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - The fireplace is functional, wood is provided free of charge - Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming.
Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
If you wish to have it heated, please contact the on-site manager for rental and payment details. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
