Enjoy an authentic island stay in this charming house in Volada, Karpathos.
Featuring two bedrooms, a cozy living area, and a furnished balcony with lovely views, it comfortably hosts families or small groups seeking comfort, tradition, and relaxation. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.

Unauthorized late check-out will be charged. • No Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors (€150–€300 penalty). • No Parties / Events: Immediate cancellation without refund + penalties may apply. • Noise: Quiet hours 22:00–08:00. Complaints may lead to eviction without refund. • Guests: Only registered guests are allowed.
Extra guests will be charged or booking may be cancelled. • Damages: Any damage, loss, or excessive dirtiness will be charged via Airbnb’s Resolution Center. • Keys: Lost keys/access devices incur replacement fees (€50–€150+ depending on system). • Energy Use: Please turn off AC and appliances when leaving.
Misuse may incur extra charges.
Compliance & Liability Failure to follow the above rules constitutes a breach of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Guests agree that any damages, violations, or extra costs (including but not limited to cleaning, repairs, replacements, or penalties) may be claimed and charged through Airbnb in accordance with their policies.

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances. Volada is perched on the slopes of Mount Lastos and is known for its stone houses, narrow alleys, and breathtaking panoramic views over the Aegean Sea. The village preserves strong local traditions, and visitors will notice the warm hospitality of residents, as well as women still wearing traditional dress on special occasions.
Small tavernas serve homemade Karpathian dishes, local cheeses, and fresh bread, giving guests a genuine taste of island life. Nearby highlights include the beautiful beaches of Apella, Kyra Panagia, and Lefkos, all easily reachable by car and famous for their crystal-clear waters and dramatic scenery.

Volada is also close to Olympos village, one of the most culturally rich settlements in Greece, known for its folklore and architecture. Public transport is limited, so renting a car is highly recommended to explore the island comfortably.
Karpathos Airport is approximately 25 minutes away by car, offering domestic flights from Athens and seasonal international routes.
The main ferry port is located in Pigadia, around 20 minutes away, with connections to Rhodes, Crete, and other Dodecanese islands.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals just like at home, with an air fryer, microwave oven, stovetops, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, and silverware.
A dining table provides space for shared meals, while the coffee maker ensures great starts to your mornings.
The bathroom includes fresh towels, shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer for added convenience.
