Welcome to our holiday home, a hidden gem between the sea and the mountains, located in Francavilla al Mare, in a quiet residential area of the Abruzzo coast.
This ground floor holiday home offers comfort, privacy and practicality, making it ideal for families, couples, long stays and guests travelling with pets. The house is designed for relaxed living, with welcoming indoor spaces and a private outdoor area for everyday outdoor enjoyment.

The house is located about 300 meters from the sea, easily reachable on foot or by bike.
At the same time, it is an excellent base to explore the mountains and national parks of Abruzzo, traditional villages and authentic local cuisine.
