Upstairs are a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, bidet, washing machine and hair dryer.

The whole complex has a relaxed holiday atmosphere with 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi, sun beds and umbrellas.

The estate has its own restaurant serving seasonal dishes from the region, and for children there is a small farm with animals.

The complex is a 10-minute drive from Alghero, a city with an attractive old center full of cafes, shops, ice cream parlors and a harbor where boat trips depart.

Closer is the village of Fertilia at 4 km, with some shops and pizzerias.

The nearest sandy beach is 5 km away and stretches towards Fertilia.

There is much to explore in the area: from the Nuraghi of Palmavera to the impressive stalactite caves of Neptune, accessible by boat or via the famous staircase along the rock face.

For daily shopping, you can go to Santa Maria La Palma, 1 km away.
