A cozy holiday park in Tuscany, ideal for families with children.
At an altitude of 450 meters, in the middle of the green hills near the charming village of Riparbella, you will find this charming residence in the region known as the Etruscan Coast.
Here you will experience peace, nature and the authentic Tuscan outdoor life.
The former village center has been carefully restored in traditional Tuscan style, with natural stone facades, wooden beams and warm terracotta floors.
The estate extends over more than 200 hectares, surrounded by forests and vines.
There are several buildings with apartments on the site, and a little further on, in a quieter part of the forest, about 350 meters from the swimming pool, there are also glamping tents and bungalows.Holiday apartment in Riparbella with fun and relaxation This two-room apartment with open sleeping loft combines Tuscan atmosphere with simple comfort.
The living area has a fireplace, a sofa, television and kitchenette with hob, microwave and coffee maker.
The bathroom has a shower and sink.
The bedroom has a double bed and an extra single bed.
Via a staircase you reach the open loft, where there are 2 or 3 extra beds, depending on the layout with double and/or single beds.
Outside is a covered terrace with table, chairs and a stone barbecue: a lovely place to have breakfast in the sun or enjoy the evening air.
The décor is simple but neat, with the characteristic rustic details of Tuscany, such as wooden ceilings and terracotta floors.
All apartments are air-conditioned.
In the center of the property is a large, organically shaped swimming pool of approx. 300 m² (unheated), with a shallow area for children and hydromassage.
Around the pool is a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
For the children there is a football field, table tennis table and some playground equipment.
The bar offers ice creams, drinks and light snacks.
Its location on a hill not only provides a pleasant breeze in summer, but also beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape.Discover the Tuscan coast 🌊 Within half an hour you will be standing with your feet in the sand of Cecina Mare, Bibbona or Vada.
Day trips to Lucca, Pisa, Volterra and San Gimignano are also easy to make.
Wine lovers can go to Bolgheri, famous for its Sassicaia wines and the impressive cypress avenue Viale dei Cipressi.
For families with children, there are plenty of fun trips, such as the climbing forest Il Giardino Sospeso (13 km), the Cavallino Matto amusement park (30 km) or horseback riding along the coast at Marina di Cecina.
In Cecina there is a weekly market (Tuesday, in summer also Sunday) and you will find supermarkets, pharmacies and cozy eateries.
The nearest restaurant is just a 3-kilometre drive away, at the foot of the hill.

Een prachtige plek bovenop een berg. Eenvoudig maar daarom juist zijn charme.
Mooie omgeving, eigen tuin, mooi zwembad en lekker eten.
Leuke plekken om te bezoeken in de omgeving. Week was te kort voor ons.
