Only 19 kilometers separate the rural outdoor life from the city of art, the ideal combination of relaxation and discovery. Authentic holiday apartment near Florence with panoramic swimming pool This former 14th-century farmhouse has been carefully restored into an attractive agriturismo with five spacious apartments, located on a 43-hectare estate full of vineyards and chestnut forests.
In the garden is a panoramic swimming pool with sun terrace and views over the private vineyards.
The garden has several terraces, cozy sitting areas in the shade and a table tennis table for the children. The apartment can accommodate 6 people and is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a spacious living room with classic Tuscan details, sofa bed, television (Italian channels), dining area and kitchen with oven, dishwasher, 4-burner hob and fridge freezer.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, both with patio doors leading to a private terrace (one of which is a spacious terrace of 40 m² with views over the Tuscan countryside).
There are two bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has air conditioning, window screens and wifi (best range on the terrace). Discover Tuscany from Pontassieve The village of Sieci is only 3 kilometers away and offers a supermarket, bakery, bar and restaurant.
For more choice of trattorias and shops, drive to Pontassieve (6 km).
Do you want to go to Florence for a day? Park the car for free in Sieci and take the train, within half an hour you are in the middle of the historic center full of art, fashion and culture. There is a lot to do in the area: discover the charming Fiesole (14 km) with its Roman amphitheatre, taste wine in the Chianti Rufina region or visit the workshops of Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci.
Day trips to San Gimignano, Arezzo or Greve in Chianti are also easy to make.

Pracht appartement op een prachtige locatie. Overal airco. Mooi eigen terras met bbq, loungeset en eetgedeelte. Het kost wat, maar dan heb je ook wel wat! Gastheer Giovanni was heel attent en behulpzaam. Kortom goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Heerlijke twee weken verbleven. Het vinden is de eerste keer wat lastig en dan kom je op een heerlijke plek, een erg mooie tuin met verse kruiden. Huisjes zijn erg comfortabel, blijven redelijk koel zelfs bij 44 graden en het is schoon. Giovanni is er elke dag en je hoeft het maar te vragen en hij h...

Mooi gelegen accommodatie, heerlijk rustig met mooi aangelegde tuin, Groot zwembad met 2 niveaus, ideaal voor kinderen met mooie ligstoelen erbij, ideaal voor de ouders.
De slaapkamers in ons huisje "Giardino" waren ondanks de hoge temperaturen heerlijk koel omdat deze gedeeltelijk tegen de berg gebouwd zijn. Was onlangs sfeervol opgeknapt en heeft een fijn overdekt terras.
