Between the rolling hills of Chianti Rufina, south of Florence, lies this charming holiday address on an authentic wine farm.
Here you can taste the real atmosphere of Tuscan country life: peace, nature, wine and hospitality come together in one beautiful place.
The farm has been producing excellent Rufina wines and olive oil from its own harvest for years, some of which are even exported worldwide.
The old fattoria was completely restored in 2007 while retaining its original charm.
Today, the estate offers eight characteristic apartments, attractively decorated in warm colors with terracotta floors, wooden beams and natural stone walls.
A wonderful place to unwind, enjoy the view over the vineyards and experience the Tuscan outdoors.Authentic apartment in Pontassieve with space and comfort The apartment is spacious and attractively furnished, with a living room with sitting area, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
There are three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds.
In addition, there are two bathrooms, both with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
In the garden, about 15 meters from the apartment, you have a reserved outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can dine in the evening with a view of the Tuscan landscape.
Around the farm you will find plenty of space to relax.
The saltwater pool with panoramic views, sun loungers and sun terrace provides refreshment on hot days.
Breakfast can be delivered to your apartment in the morning on request (for a fee).
Those who would like to do something special can participate in a tour of the wine cellar, including an explanation of the winemaking process and, of course, a tasting of the house wines and olive oil.
Also, depending on availability, donkey rides are organized through the vineyards, a fun experience for young and old.Between city and nature The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for excursions.
In addition to Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Pisa and Volterra are also within reach for a day trip.
For nature lovers, the nearby Casentino National Park is a must, where you can make beautiful hikes under the guidance of local guides.

Wij hebben een fantastische ervaring gehad bij de accommodatie. Heerlijk appartement, prachtige locatie en ook een fijne locatie ten opzichte van de steden die in de omgeving liggen. Eigenlijk wil ik het niet te veel aanprijzen aangezien er dan misschien meer heen willen en wij zeker nog een keer terug gaan, maar dan doe ik de accommodatie en het gastvrije personeel tekort.

Wij streken hier neer in de voorjaarsvakantie. We kwamen laat aan maar werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen in een prachtig ingericht appartement. We hebben er ruim een week genoten van de onbegrensde gastvrijheid en een prachtig uitzicht De kinderen konden elke dag zwemmen en 's middags maakte we tripjes naar leuke steden in de buurt. Speciale aanbeveling is ook de kookles...

Een goede plaats om tot rust te komen. We hadden goed contact met Niccolo en Paola .
