Villa Bellavista Poletti is a newly built holiday home on its own fenced plot of 4500 m2 in the village of Markovac, approx. 14 km from Poreč and 11 km from the sea. In Višnjan, 3 km away, there is the nearest shop, a typical Istrian tavern, a pharmacy and much more.The house was built in 2014, is surrounded by greenery and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. In the outdoor area of the house there is an outdoor pool with salt water, sun loungers and shower, 2 covered terraces with seating, a summer kitchen with a brick barbecue, a covered area with table tennis, table football, billiards and darts, as well as a swing, trampoline, goals for football (small) and an attractive gravel track for mountain bikers.
