In the surrounding area, you will find restaurants (200 m), a supermarket (400 m) and multiple family leisure options.
Just 3 km away are Safari Zoo and Splash World water park, while Son Servera Golf Club is located about 10 km away.
You can also visit the Castle of sa Punta de n'Amero and the impressive Artà Caves, both ideal excursions for the whole family. In the exterior, the property offers a spacious garden with furniture, fenced plot, 120 m² terrace, barbecue and a private swimming pool where to relax under the Mallorcan sun.
