With 4 bedroomsand capacity for 8 guests, this cozy 170 m²home is fully equipped and stands out for its pleasant views of the garden and private pool.
Just 350 meters from Sa Coma beachand the seafront promenade, the house enjoys a privileged location.
Nearby you will find restaurants (200 m), a supermarket (400 m), and plenty of family-friendly entertainment options.
Only 3 kmaway are the Safari Zooand Splash World water park, while the Son Servera Golf Clubis located about 10 kmaway.
You can also visit the Castle of sa Punta de n’Ameror the impressive Caves of Artà, both perfect day trips for the whole family.
Outside, the property offers a spacious garden with outdoor furniture, fenced plot, 120 m² terrace, barbecue, and a private pool— ideal for relaxing under the Mallorcan sun.
Additional amenities include outdoor parking, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, heating via heat pump, and air conditioning in three of the four bedrooms.
