Bright, cozy, brand new apartment. Completely renovated, in the centre of a peaceful town, just a few minutes away from Florence city centre, but also from the Tuscan Hills. Fully equiped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a charming little balcony overlooking the Hills, a large living room with double sofa bed and a bathroom, all new, modern with a big shower. Air conditioned. We will provide you free wifi, dishwasher, hairdryer, tv with Netflix. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.
Tram connection with Florence city centre is 5 mins walk from the house. In the area, supermarkets, market, bars, restaurants ,hairdressers and much more, walking distance. Parking in the street is free of charge. Suggested for visiting Florence, and it's surroundings, avoiding the chaos, relaxing in the smaller town. Very easy access to everything. Villa Costanza parking and bus stop very close by. Pala BigMat events area 2 mins driving away. Uci cinemas area bowling, restaurants..2 mins drive.
