With a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and inviting dining area, it’s ideal for families or groups.
Enjoy your own private entrance and backyard access, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Shared laundry is available on-site for your convenience. Important: The TV is currently unavailable, and there is a basement suite below.
Please be mindful of noise during your stay. • Spacious living room with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light • Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher • Dining area that comfortably seats six • Three bedrooms with queen-sized beds, ample storage, and air conditioning • Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and essential toiletries • Access to the shared backyard for outdoor relaxation • Shared laundry facilities on-site for added convenience • Street parking is available in front of the house Guest Access: Guests have private access to the main floor with their own entrance.
Backyard space is available for use, and shared laundry facilities are located on site (free of charge). Street parking is available nearby. Other Things to Note: • There is a short flight of stairs to the main entrance. • Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for $75 CAD each. • Please note that there is a separate basement suite below the main home. Distance to Locations: • Trout Lake Park: ~10 min walk • Commercial Drive: ~10 min drive • Pacific National Exhibition (PNE): ~15 min drive • Downtown Vancouver: ~20 min drive • Vancouver International Airport (YVR): ~30 min drive The Neighborhood: Nestled in the peaceful East Vancouver neighborhood, this suite offers a tranquil escape with easy access to local parks, trendy cafes, and diverse dining options.
