The property especially the outside area could use some TLC. the trash location in the parking lot was constantly over flowing with soooo many trash bags piled up and falling apart with loose trash all over the ground. Also, the perimeter of the property had cigarette butts and trash all in the mulc...

All in all a delightful stay! The staff were wonderful, and the room was well maintained. My only piece of advice would be to leave early if you are heading into the city, as traffic from Quincy to downtown can be quite heavy.
