An exclusive experience characterized by an unforgettable sunsets on the main hill of Fiesole. The barn has been built in 14th century as part of a Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful garden.
The barn is independent and equipped with all comforts.
Complete kitchen (with dish washer), table for dining comfortably, and sofa bed (for 2 extra people, 120x200 cm, 47x78 inches). The bedroom has a double bed and a big closet. Full bathroom with shower and washing machine with dryer.
The property includes an exclusive outdoor area with terracotta and ancient stone flooring, a table for beautiful outdoor dining and 2 wooden sun beds. The garden area belonging to the house is surrounded by hedges (not fenced with a net) and borders another garden belonging to the adjacent house
Free private parking inside the property. Having a car is compulsory to reach the house and moving around.
Good Wi-Fi with coverage also in the garden, to attend your video call conferences from your favorite spot.
The sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest, being located in the living room area of the two-room apartment, is kept closed to ensure better livability of the living area for all guests. Blankets and linens are included and will be provided in the house.
Baby Package available upon request: €25 per stay. Includes baby cot/crib with bed linen, high chair and baby bath tub (0–3 years). Advance request required, subject to availability.
Small breakfast included for the first day of your stay (brioche, milk and marmelades), plus coffee for your whole stay. For tennis enthusiasts or anyone who wants to give it a try, it is easy to access the tennis courts at Fiesole Tennis (additional fee).
Central heating system can be turned on only between November 1st and April 15th, with a limit of 19 degrees Celsius, as per local regulation.
Whole Barn and the external space in front are for exclusive use, as well as the private parking.
The outside area borders another garden belonging to the adjacent house.

Beautiful accommodations! No complaints and we were there 6 days. All the comforts of home, peaceful, onsite parking, full kitchen, right down the street from the train station and cafe, and surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. 5 minutes from groceries, great restaurants, and Roman ruins in ...
