Welcoming three well-behaved pets, this delightful property is perfect for families or friends seeking a seaside escape, with its convenient roadside location and inviting atmosphere.
Upon entering Thain House, you will be greeted by three inviting bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, each thoughtfully decorated to provide a tranquil space for rest and relaxation.
The property also boasts a shower room, complete with a walk-in shower, basin, and a heated towel rail, ensuring a warm and inviting environment during those cooler months.
The heart of the home is undoubtedly the kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the living/dining room, a welcoming space where you can gather to enjoy meals, watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV with access to Netflix & BBC iPlayer, or challenge each other to a game from the selection provided.
For those quieter moments, lose yourself in a good book or enjoy a film from the DVD collection.
Stepping outside, you will find an enclosed rear garden, complete with a patio and astro turf.

Thain House is a property consisting of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, as well as a living/dining room with a smart TV with access to Netflix & BBC iPlayer, WiFi, DVD player, a selection of books, games, and DVDs. The bedrooms include two doubles and a twin. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, astro turf, and furniture, as well as roadside parking. Three well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 mile, beach 0.5 miles. Enjoy a refreshing break with your loved ones at Thain House. Note: The parking is available on a first come first served basis. Note: There is a slight step up on the main front door. This property has a 3-night minimum stay throughout the year, except during July and August, when the minimum stay is reduced to 2 nights.
