Relax in the rustic comfort of a charming portion of a Tuscan farmhouse, discovering authentic Italian lifestyle in the beautiful Florentine countryside, just a 15-minute drive from the city.
An exclusive experience marked by unforgettable sunsets over the main hill of Fiesole. The farmhouse was built in the 14th century as part of a Tuscan estate surrounded by olive groves and a beautiful garden.
The portion of the farmhouse is independent and equipped with all comforts.
Complete kitchen (with dish washer and microwave), table for dining comfortably in 8.
Main bedroom with double bed (160x190cm) and ensuite bathroom (secondary).
3 Additional bedrooms, all of them with double bed (160x190cm).
The core of the house is the big tradional living room, with a sofa and a 40'' tv, where to relax after a very intense day spent visiting Florence.
In the house, there are 4 portable air conditioners (installed in the 3 main bedrooms, as well as in the living room). Kitchen and the smallest room are equipped with traditional fans. The house is usually cool even in summer because it has very thick walls, and its hillside location provides good natural ventilation.
The property includes 2 exclusives outdoor areas: one covered area with terracotta flooring and a big table for beautiful outdoor dining, and another area on a big terrace where it is possible to dine or to relax on sun loungers while enjoy the astonishing unique view on Fiesole.
The external area belonging to the house is separated by hedges/planters (not fenced with a net) and borders another garden belonging to the adjacent house.
Free private parking inside the property.
The big garden around the property is shared with another house.
Good Wi-Fi with coverage also in the garden, to attend your video call conferences from your favorite spot.
Exclusive access to the house (4 bed rooms, kitchen, living room, hallway and 2 bathrooms), and 2 outdoor areas.

The external area belonging to the house borders another garden belonging to the adjacent house.
Small breakfast included for the first day of your stay (brioche, milk and marmelades), plus coffee for your whole stay.
For tennis enthusiasts or anyone who wants to give it a try, it is easy to access the tennis courts at Fiesole Tennis (additional fee).
Possibility to charge your plug-in hybrid electric car (standard plug, max 2/2,5 kW) for an extra-fee.
Baby Package available upon request: €25 per stay. Includes baby cot/crib with bed linen, high chair and baby bath tub (0–3 years). Advance request required, subject to availability.
Central heating system can be turned on only between November 1st and April 15th, with a limit of 19 degrees Celsius, as per local regulation. Fireplace is present but for safety reason cannot be used.
During summer AC is provided with 4 portable units, covering the main 3 bedrooms and the living room. There are fans in the kitchen and in the 4th bedroom.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen in dem Haus und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wer die 800m bergauf von der nächst gelegenen Bushaltestelle nicht scheut, kann hier auch gut ohne Auto Anbindung an Florenz haben. Zu beachten ist allerdings, dass die Busse an Sonn- und Feiertagen weniger fahren und nach 21:00 Uhr ein Taxi genommen werden muss. Aber dies nur als allgemeiner Hinweis.
