Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 199 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - A 50 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, plancha, raclette machine, fondue machine, etc. - A 20 m² veranda - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (a single bed (90x190) above and a double bed (140×190) below) - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron, plancha, fondue machine, raclette machine. Exterior: - A sunny north-east-facing 200 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A 10 m² north-east-facing terrace The chairs in the veranda can be used outside. The flat is ideally located in Meillerie, in very pleasant surroundings.
All essential shops, restaurants, bars and markets are just 6 km away.
