## Space The flat is located in a quiet street, on the 2nd floor (no lift).
The flat comprises a large, comfortable living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the lounge, with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and television next to the (electric) fireplace.
On the quiet courtyard side, there is a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a study and a large dressing room.
The bathroom is in the bedroom.
A separate toilet completes the flat's facilities. ## Accès ## Interaction ## Neighborhood It's a lively neighbourhood, ideally located for getting the most out of Lyon.
The tram and metro are just 2 minutes from the flat, making it easy to get around the city.
The area is full of restaurants, bars and cafés.
The banks of the Rhône, just a 2-minute walk away, are ideal for a stroll or a jog.
Supermarket, tobacconist and chemist in the street.
Lyon 3 University, INSEEC, Rectorat and Saint Joseph Saint Luc Hospital are all within a 5-minute walk. ## Transit The Guillotière metro stop is a 5-minute walk from the flat.

Logement bien situé et proche du vieux Lyon.
Logement propre et bien équipé.
Suffisamment chauffé.
Sanitaires et toilettes propres.
Negative:
Un peu de difficulté pour ouvrir les portes du bas de l’immeuble et de l’appartement avec les clés.
