Located on the 23rd floor (with lift), it has a lovely 23 m² living room, fitted kitchen, four good bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises - A 23 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Four bedrooms with 4 double beds (140×190) - Two bathrooms, each with a shower and one with a bath. - A separate WC and a WC installed in one of the bathrooms.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - 2 balconies to make the most of the fine weather The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage and private car park.
