Enjoy our Seaside Balcony Apartment.
A comfortable apartment with a fantastic sea view, located next to the beach in the city of Matosinhos.
You'll find everything you need for a great stay around you. It's the ideal place to enjoy a vacation with your partner, friends or a weekend getaway. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay.
Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guestsâ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy! For bookings of 28 nights or more we have a limit of â¬150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package.
If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability.
After check-out time without permits, a fee of 200⬠per hour will be charged. If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of â¬40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request. We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! Just ask (price on request) You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request (price on request). To make Matosinhos more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into force. The fee of â¬2.00 is not included in the price of the stay and applies to guests over the age of 16. It is charged per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Quiet hours: 21:00 to 7:00. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
Suitable for: children and infants.
Additional rules: Trate bem o apartamento e os seus itens com cuidado, como se fosse seu. Só é permitido fumar fora do apartamento. Respeite os vizinhos: Nenhum ruÃdo alto é permitido antes das 9h00 ou após as 22h00. Se forem 2 pessoas e necessitar do sofá-cama feito, este deverá ser solicitado antes do seu check-in (preço sob consulta), caso contrário assumiremos que é um casal e faremos apenas a cama do quarto. Respeite os horários de check in e check out: ⢠Check in: das 15h30 à s 24h00. Por favor, forneça um check-in pelo menos 24 horas antes da sua chegada.
Caso necessite de guardar a bagagem (a partir das 12h00), avise-nos com antecedência. ⢠Check-out: até à s 10h30. (Se houver disponibilidade, adorarÃamos oferecer um check-out tardio). Por favor, tome cuidado com os itens de decoração, móveis, toalhas / lençóis e outros equipamentos do apartamento.
Qualquer dúvida quanto ao manuseio dos eletrodomésticos e equipamentos do apartamento não hesite em nos contactar. Deixe todos os aparelhos elétricos desligados, certifique-se de que as torneiras de água não estejam abertas e feche todas as portas e janelas antes do check-out. Pedimos aos hóspedes que deixem a louça e a cozinha limpos e esvaziem o lixo, há sempre um depósito de lixo na rua próxima. O apartamento é limpo antes de cada chegada.
Por favor, mantenha o apartamento arrumado e limpo o mais razoavelmente possÃvel durante todo o tempo de sua ocupação. Wonderful area! Spectacular view of the beach! Pedestrian friendly. Grocery close plenty of restaurants and a beautiful beach. The apartment was spotless. Very adequate kitchen with lots of equipment.
