•Bungalow with an incredible private terrace and pool, with the option to heat the pool. (This option has an additional cost and must be requested with prior consultation).
•The private terrace has a covered barbecue area, billiards and a large dining table to enjoy the good weather, sun loungers for sunbathing and an outdoor bathroom.
•Free WIFI, 40' Smart TV with Netflix app and more interesting apps.

•INSIDE: Two (2) bedroom bungalow with (1) bathroom to share between the two rooms, the main bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), large closet, the window of this bedroom overlooks a closed internal patio, the second bedroom has a tv and two (2) single beds (90 x 200cm) with the possibility of joining them and making a larger bed, a high window that opens onto the terrace.
Living room with Smart TV and a comfortable sofa, full kitchen with all the equipment (toaster, oven, kettle, microwave, etc.), We supply bed linen, towels, beach towels, shampoo, gel, paper napkins, kitchen paper, scourers, spontex, hand and kitchen soap, detergents for washing machine and dishwasher, floor scrubber, a bottle of water per guest, hair dryer, heater, iron with ironing board, clamp and clothesline. •OUTSIDE: The bungalow has a large private terrace with a pool, a large outdoor dining table covered with a pergola, a big built-in barbecue and an area with loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. •IMPORTANT: The bungalow is in a semi-basement, the windows that face the outside are high but allow good lighting and ventilation, the bungalow and the terrace are completely independent and private but it is attached to a main house that belongs to the owners, you wont run into them, but if that were the case, they are very friendly and will make you feel very comfortable on your holiday! •SERVICES: If you stay more than 8 days in the studio, we will do a free clean and we will provide you with clean towels and sheets. TIAS The town of Tías in Lanzarote was chosen as a place of retirement by the Nobel Prize winner for Literature, José Saramago, because of the two environments that can be enjoyed: sun and beach tourism, and the traditional peasant life around the vineyards. Tías is a town that has shops, supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, grocers, restaurants, bars, hairdressers and everything else that you may need.
Puerto del Carmen, which is only 5 minutes away by car, has stunning beaches and other amenities that you can enjoy. THE ISLAND Lanzarote enjoys a good climate all year round, it’s an excellent location for winter sun, and just a 4-hour flight from the UK and Northern Europe.
The most famous local attraction is the Timanfaya National Park, where you can see the most amazing volcanic lunar landscape.
There are many other attractions not to be missed, such as the Jameos del Agua caves, Los Verdes cave, Mirador del Río, El Golfo, Teguise Sunday market, César Manrique's house, Jardin de Cactus and the region of La Geria winery. There are countless magnificent white sand beaches, as well as the famous black sand beach at El Golfo.
The island is ideal for water sports such as surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, fishing, boating and swimming, as well as golf.
The island is famous for triathlons, particularly for its international ironman event.
The island is a cyclist's paradise for both road and off-road enthusiasts.
There are fantastic sports facilities all over the island. Lanzarote is one of the cheapest places to rent a car as they do not charge any deposit and full insurance is included in their rates, they have offices at the airport where cars can be picked up and dropped off, just book online. The islands of La Graciosa and Fuerteventura are less than 30 minutes by ferry and therefore make for a great day trip.
