It features two bedrooms with king size beds, two modern bathrooms, and a comfortable living room with a television.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, alongside a dining area for six. Guests also enjoy amenities like a washer, dryer, iron, and high speed wireless internet for a seamless stay. Guest Access: ● Guests will have access to the entire apartment. ● The property is on the third floor. ● There are three flights of stairs to the property (70 steps). No need to walk far to explore historic Old Town, the charming Dean Village or the vibrant Stockbridge area. Getting Around: George Street (Stop GF) bus stop is a short 1-minute walk from the flat. Edinburgh Waverley train station is a 10-minute walk. ✈ Nearest airport Edinburgh Airport: 31-minute taxi ride Other Things to Note: ∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer. *Please note that you may experience some disruption due to urgent masonry repairs to a neighbouring building.
We would like you to know that there is no issue with the building you booked your stay in. However, you may notice scaffolding and workers at the back of the neighbouring building.

Our stay at the suite was wonderful! Very spacious. Every room was very nice. The living room was very big and comfortable. The suite was very clean. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed. The street views were amazing. Location was awesome, you could walk to everything. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Great location near lots of shops and restaurants, as well as walking distance to many major historical sites. Very spacious, well furnished and well maintained. We enjoyed “ living life a local “ during our stay.

Other than the power going out on us the first morning. Lol and climbing 4 floors with all our luggage our stay was excellent. The views were amazing and the apartment was very comfortable
