The studio is located just a few meters from Puerta del Sol, so you can walk to all the tourist attractions in Madrid. This fantastic newly renovated apartment will be perfect for your stay in Madrid. The studio features a double bed and a wardrobe, illuminated by a ceiling lamp. In the living room, adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a comfortable sofa bed, a television, and a charming kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and all the essential items you might need. Additionally, there is a tower fan. We provide towels and shower gel to help you travel light.
AREAThe Sol district is a central and vibrant area of Madrid, located in the heart of the city. It is home to some of the most iconic places, such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Gran Vía. Known for its bustling streets filled with shops, restaurants, and tapas bars, you’ll find a mix of historic and modern architecture, with landmark buildings and fashionable boutiques. The nightlife is lively, with a wide range of entertainment options. It’s a place where life never stops, and there’s always something new to discover.
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONCots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please remember to request it by contacting the host in advance of your arrival.
Guests will need to present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.

From Atocha: Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín. Get off at Sol and walk to the provided address.
From Chamartín: Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros. Get off at Sol and walk to the provided address.
If coming by car, check the Madrid City Council website for information on where to drive and park.

Amazing location in the heart of the city. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, monuments, grocery, everything. Secure, quiet and modern new apartment in an old, historic building. Loved it.
