This charming 27 m² flat with air conditioning and Wi-Fi can accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 9 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 45 m² garden.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises : - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and TV - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A terrace and garden with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Marseille, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the pay parking located 400 m from the accommodation, at the Parc Borély parking Neighborhood and amenities: Located in a pleasant, lively area of Marseille, the apartment is within easy reach of essential shops, as well as numerous restaurants, bars, boutiques and local markets.
Access and transport: From Gare Saint-Charles station: Take metro line M2 towards Sainte-Marguerite Dromel and get off at Rond-Point du Prado station.
From there, you have several options: Walk about 15 minutes to the apartment.
Take bus 23 in the direction of Beauvallon and get off at the Grand Saint-Giniez stop, a 1-minute walk from the apartment.
From the Vieux-Port : Walk to Vieux-Port station and take metro line M1 towards La Fourragère.
Get off at Castellane station and change to metro line M2 towards Sainte-Marguerite Dromel.
Get off at Rond-Point du Prado station and follow the directions above.

La terrasse est bien pensée/
Les équipements de la cuisine sont nombreux.
Bruyant à cause de la circulation /
Il manque juste un petit endroit pour se poser à l'intérieur en soirée .
Séjour agréable dans un petit appartement fonctionnel.

Le rez-de-chaussée est très pratique, et assez proche du lieu où je devais me rendre, grâce aux transports en commun (bus et métro).
