The first one, has a Mallorcan style palpable in its natural stone walls and rustic furniture, which includes a large table with designer chairs to sit and eat together.

After three steps and a large archway, we access the kitchen, equipped with rustic furniture, induction, oven, microwave and everything you will need to cook like at home.

On this floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, as well as a separate bathroom with shower.

Going upstairs we reach a beautiful living room, where you can watch satellite TV on the sofas, listen to music on the CD player or read a book in the rocking chair, accompanied by the scenery and the air conditioning.

Here we have two further bedrooms, one with a double bed, a/c, space for a cot and highchair, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The other has a bunk bed and wardrobe.

Five radiators and a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the equipment. Caimari is a small and charming village located in the middle of the Tramuntana, which abounds in nature and features all you may need for your stay. Inca, a small town, is just 5 km from Caimari, where you will find larger stores and a variety of entertainment, apart from its traditional market street, that takes place every Thursday in the morning.

The area is ideal for lovers of nature, hiking, trekking, cycling etc; Nearby there are various walking routes.

And, of course, Caimari is very well known due to its production of olive oil since it has a great olive mill where the oil is elaborated with the olives of the area.

A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the north coast and to lovely beaches like Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. You will find a space to store your bicycles and some tools in the property.
