Do you think it is possible a better place to spend a pleasant and quiet holiday than in this great apartment facing the sea? The terrace invites you to have a tasty breakfast of freshly squeezed oranges, toasts or a good coffee while listening and watching the smooth movement of the waves and the first rays of sun shining on them.
After replenishing energy and when the sun is already in the perfect spot to enjoy some time sunbathing on the sand or having a refreshing swim, you can walk just a few steps and just do it! This 3rd floor apartment, with elevator, has a comfortable and large living-dining room, where you can relax watching TV-SAT or chatting all together after an entertaining day at the beach or after eating or dining on the dining table.
From here, you gain access to the kitchen which is provided with ceramic hob and all the essentials for cooking with enjoyment.
Likewise, you have access to the laundry that is also equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
In terms of rest, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and another one with two single beds; both of them feature a wardrobe as well as air conditioning.
Moreover, one of the dormitories also has space to allocate a crib and a high chair, in case you need it. Finally, the accommodation is completed with a shower bathroom. The house is located at Son Servera - Cala Millor municipality, at only some meters away from the beach.

Nachts spät angekommen, alles klaar voor ons getroffen. De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden voor gezamenlijke maaltijden. De bedden in de kamers waren comfortabel. We hebben onze ochtenden op de terrace met uitzicht op de golven doorgebracht. Het heeft een fijne rustige sfeer.
