The exterior area is beautiful.
It features a furnished terrace, a chlorine swimming pool of 8 x 4 m and a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.8 m, a fully equipped porch, barbecue, fruit trees and beautiful views of nature. The house of 90 m2 is distributed on one floor.
It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed and two with two single beds.
One bedroom comes with a shower bath en-suite and there's a second bathroom with a bathtub.
One cot and a highchair are available on request.
The living room is very cozy.
It offers one comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, an air conditioning and a fireplace.
The dining room is equipped with table and chairs, and the kitchen with gas stove, in the same space, has all the necessary cooking utensils.
A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. This property is ideal for a relaxing holiday, in a quiet surroundings and only 17 km from the beach of Gandia. Located between the mountains of Buixarró and Mondúver, we can find a perfect places for speleology, cycling, hiking, etc. We recommend you to visit " La Nevera" (the refrigerator), the construction of the mid eighteenth century, used to store the snow; the houses of "La Drova" with its "Basses", "Parpalló caves" or the "Malladetes". "La Ruta dels Monestirs" (the route of the monasteries) is a cultural tourist itinerary which runs through the central regions of Valencia, joining five former convents or monasteries, the Ducal Palace in Gandia. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 26 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay.

Pauze tijdens de roadtrip, twee nachten. Het huis was gezellig en het zwembad uitnodigend. We genoten ervan om op het terras te loungen met uitzicht op de natuur rondom. Koken in de keuken ging ook gemakkelijk, alles wat we nodig hadden was daar. Een korte rit naar het strand maakte ons verblijf nog beter.
