The terrace around the pool offers 5 sun loungers and exterior furniture to enjoy your time alfresco.
The furnished porch invites to spend the evening with your family or friends. Right when you enter the house, a cosy living-dining room with TV-sat and AC meets you. The renewed kitchen with a gas cooktop offers all appliances and utensils you need to cook your best dishes.
There are 3 bedrooms with a closet and AC each.
One has a double bed and an en-suite with a shower and the other two have twin beds and exit to the terrace.
A baby cot and a high-chair are available for the little one. The house is also equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Mal Pas - Bonaire is a peaceful area located at one of the ends of the island, in the area of Alcudia.
The house is near the marina, full of boats and yachts, and of the fantastic coves of fine white sand of Sant Joan, and also near the rocky coves of La Victoria.
Puerto de Alcudia is not far away, and it s perfect to practice water sports and go shopping.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und der Pool ist schön. Es liegt in einem Wohngebiet, nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt, keine Probleme mit einem Auto
