The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 180 m² chalet with mountain views and Norwegian bath for rent in Briançon, France.
It can accommodate up to 7 guests.
It features a large 70 m² living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a 400 m² garden.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included.
The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor: - Laundry room Second floor: - A 70 m² living room with television and fireplace (wood provided) - A fully-equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, professional dishwasher, gas hob.
Second floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and with en-suite shower room and balcony - Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed (160×200), plus a single bed on the mezzanine. - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath, shower and WC - Shower room - Separate WC Additional equipment available: Barbecue, plancha, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside : - A Norwegian bath for 6 people, accessible all year round - 400 m² enclosed garden - A 20 m² terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy fine weather Location: The house is ideally located in Briançon, in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood.
All essential shops, as well as restaurants, boutiques, bars and a weekly market, are in the immediate vicinity.
Activities : - Serre Chevalier's ski areas offer downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing. - Hiking, mountain biking, climbing, via ferrata and paragliding. - Les Grands Bains du Monêtier, with a spa in the heart of nature - Visit the old fortified town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. - Sports, cultural and outdoor activities are available for all ages and levels.
Access and transport : - Briançon SNCF train station about 4 minutes away by car - Access via Oulx station (Italy) with bus link (Resalp) - Nearest airports: Turin (1h30), Milan (2h30), Marseille (3h30) - Private parking on site (3 spaces available) - City bus network 3 minutes' walk from the chalet Additional information: - Bed linen and towels provided - Satellite Wi-Fi connection included - Working fireplace, wood supplied - Pets accepted for an extra charge of €40/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
