The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Le Grau-du-Roi offers this charming 37 m² apartment for rent, less than 150 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, an attractive bedroom and a shower room.
Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The apartment comprises - 18 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Senseo coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, Thermomix, croque monsieur maker and dining area. - Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in the pleasant Boucanet district of Le Grau-du-Roi.
You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private, secure parking lot (one private space).

Intervention de Mily (conciergerie) très agréable et à l'écoute.
Accueil promis par mail du 10/01/2026 inexistant remplacé par une boite à clés et une vidéo pour la dénicher.
Arrivée le 17/01, pas de chauffage (14°C).
17h30 : Appel de la conciergerie pour connaître notre avis à l'arrivée. Nous avons donc signalé l'absence de chauffage. Réponse : normal, la propri...
