The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this beautiful, tastefully decorated flat for rent in Pietrosella, with a sea view and sunset over the Sanguinaires, 100 m from the beach. With a surface area of 36 m² on the ground floor, this flat can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a pretty 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a charming sleeping area, a shower room and a lovely 14 m² covered terrace. With air conditioning and fibre-optic wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 24 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa, foldaway bed (140x190) and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso machine, etc.
- An air-conditioned sleeping area with king-size bed (180×200), TV and storage space.
-A corridor with wall cupboard (wardrobe and shelves).
-A shower room with shower and WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
A 14 m² covered south-west-facing terrace with outdoor seating and a dining area to enjoy the fine weather.
- A private, unfenced, south-west-facing garden of approx. 20 m².
The exterior offers an ideal view of the Sanguinaires Islands and the sunset.
The flat is ideally located in Pietrosella, in a highly sought-after area. Ideal location for exploring Corsica
Corsica. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- Numerous beaches with straw huts nearby
