Holiday house with shared pool located in the private domaine “Les Mas de la Mer” 200 m from the beach and 1,5 km from the city center of St.
Aygulf.
The Domaine is situated in the residential area “Le Grand Boucharel”.
Les Mas de la Mer is a fenced area that consists of both detached and semi-detached houses in Provencal style.
It has a nice pool area, a beautiful garden with lawns, trees, bushes and a fish pond, tennis court, petanque lane and ping pong table.
The landscape is hilly with pine forests, Mediterranean vegetation and small coves. The house is located just next to the pool and has a South-facing terrace of 25 m2 and a North-facing terrace of 20 m2.
On the terrace facing the pool you will find dining table and sun loungers. The house is 50 m2 and consists of a living room with small dining table and open plan kitchen, 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190) and bunk-beds (75 x 200).
There is also a baby bed for children up to 2 years old. The house has three separate air conditioning units: in the two bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 200,00 EUR
