Comprises a kitchen with a combined living/dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning, a TV, a balcony (4 m2) with sea view, and a bathroom with shower. Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather.

Free private parking for 3 cars on the enclosed property.
The pool is located on the sea-facing side and offers a wonderful sea view.
It can be accessed via an outdoor staircase and a pathway approximately 40 meters long. Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed.
The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord.

In a peaceful and quiet setting with magnificent views of the blue sea and the green island of Cres, apartments Franelli await you in a picturesque hillside location on the unspoiled east coast of the Istrian peninsula. Active vacationers will find here the best conditions for extended hikes and tours by bike through the uniquely beautiful landscape. Those who just want to relax and enjoy a beautiful sea view are also in good hands here. The house consists of four rental apartments. Your host lives in the neighboring house and is readily available to assist with any questions and provide information on what to do in the area. In the shared garden, you will find a swimming pool (3 x 8 m), sun loungers and three parasols. The nearest restaurant and beach are approximately 2 km away. The surrounding small towns Plomin (9 km) and Labin (21 km), and also Lovran (20 km) and Opatija (25 km) are certainly worth a visit. In the nearby village of Brestova you will find a ferry connection to the island of Cres – a paradise for nature lovers.
