The apartments are characterized internally by the typical Tuscan vaults, arches, and stone walls and are made even warmer by the wood-burning fireplaces. You will like: -own private parking space -the newly built shared swimming pool (7x14, depth 1.40 m) with salt water -small playground with a slide and ping-pong table. The proximity to some of the most beautiful cities of art in the world and the thrill of reliving the past of our land in an exclusive setting will be able to offer our guests a holiday that will be difficult to forget With its own private entrance, this apartment comprises a welcoming living room featuring a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms offering splendid views of San Gimignano, an additional bedroom with a French bed, and two bathrooms.

Vineyards and olive groves surround the farmhouse, and directly overlooks the wonderful panorama of San Gimignano, the "Manhattan of the Middle Ages". The farmhouse is just two kilometers from the city of the Towers and the famous Vernaccia, the finest white wine in Tuscany. You can reach many important and evocative villages in a few minutes by car from the house, among which Monteriggioni and Volterra certainly stand out; in about an hour, you can get to Florence, Siena, and Pisa.
