Welcome to our exclusive Maltese apartment, accommodating up to four guests and nestled in the heart of Sliema, a dynamic city on the captivating island of Malta.
Sliema, with its distinctive charm, sets the stage for our luxurious apartment, seamlessly blending contemporary and authentic design to promise an unforgettable experience.
Immerse yourself in the allure of this UNESCO heritage site, where our recently renovated, spacious, and opulent apartment is poised to elevate your stay in Malta.
Situated in an authentic building, the boutique-style apartment exudes the true essence of Maltese heritage through its facade and elements, while the interior has undergone a recent refurbishment, boasting a modern and stylish ambiance.
With its convenient location, our property offers easy access to all the vibrant attractions of Sliema.
Take advantage of the unparalleled services and amenities available to make the most of your trip.
Upon entering the apartment, you'll find yourself in a spacious and stylish open-plan kitchen and living area, featuring a dining table, sofa bed, and TV.
Next to this area there is a comfy bedroom with a double bed.
Also here a chic bathroom with a shower and all toiletries provided for guests.
The apartment also includes a cozy patio-garden.
Ample storage space, a washer, air conditioning, and heating ensure a cozy environment, even in the winter months.
Everything you need for a seamless vacation is provided, including linens, towels, washing and ironing facilities, Wi-Fi, an apartment and city guide, and complementary amenities.
Additionally, the fully equipped kitchen allows for self-catering, equipped with top-quality amenities such as cooking equipment, a fitted oven, microwave, large fridge, and induction hob.
Quiet hours between 21:00 and 07:00.
When disposing of garbage city rules should be respected.
ECO Tax payable at the check-in is EUR 0.50 per adult per night.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required, collected by credit card at the time of the check-in.
You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
To make your stay as amazing as possible we offer many extra services - transfers, excursions, cruises, catering, yacht, and other services, and we will be happy to give you more details or organize them for you! If you need the sofa bed or baby cot to be set up, please kindly let us know in advance, so we can prepare that for you.
Please kindly note that the usage of the sofa bed is included in the price, and the baby cot fee is Eur 50 for the whole stay.
Check-in time shall be communicated to the host in advance to ensure smooth check-in and check-in appointment time slot availability.
Check-in hours are from 15:00 till 19:00.
A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals from 19:00 until 00:00, while check-in between 00:01 and 03:00 costs EUR 70.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Check-in time shall be communicated to the host in advance to ensure smooth check-in and check-in appointment time slot availability.
Please make us aware of this or any other needs at the time of booking and well in advance before your check-in so that the flat and check-in can be set up for your needs and requirements.
Please note that construction work is going all over Malta as well as in buildings nearby and/or adjacent to us (depending on the timing) and some units may be affected by noise, the level of noise may be different and depends on the works that are being done.
To access the apartment, you will have to use the stairs.
Bus: Valletta bus terminus is the main terminus on the island and has buses going to all parts of Malta so you will be able to go anywhere from Valletta.
Ferries: Valletta also has 2 ferry stops, one near the apartments going to Sliema and the second one on the other side of Valletta going to 3 Cities.
This is the fastest way to reach the mentioned areas, and also is generally a very unusual cool experience.
