In the heart of the Forêts National Park, beautiful independent village house tastefully renovated, in a warm stone and wood spirit.
Ground floor: kitchen with cooking range open to the 40 m² living room, with dining room, lounge and large wood stove.
A bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with 1 160 bed, with a large private bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet.
The entire ground floor can be accessible with the provision of removable ramps and a separate entrance to the bedroom.
A separate toilet in the entrance hall.
Upstairs: a double bedroom, 160 bed with bathtub and toilet, a double bedroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms for 4 with shower and toilet, 160 bed and 2 90 beds on the mezzanine in each.
Relaxation area and games console on the landing.
Private parking.
Courtyard and garden of 750 m² closed. Electric heating according to consumption.
