Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it comprises :
- one bedroom with double bed ;
- mezzanine with double bed;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a shower room;
- a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.
The following facilities are available: Parking / Garage, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Heating, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee machine, Air conditioning, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, etc.

Nearby places of interest: - Aspretto beach, 3 minutes on foot; - Musée Fesch 7 minutes away by car; - Citadelle d'Ajaccio - Citadella d'Aiacciu 9 minutes away; and much more... We look forward to welcoming you :) ## Emplacement Although Ajaccio is the most touristic city in South Corsica, with its modern neighborhoods and its main roads, its city centre has managed to preserve its authenticity and the air of a small Mediterranean village.
One of the first things to do in Ajaccio is to get lost in its labyrinth of the past.
Out of time, full of charm, intertwined with narrow streets shaded by colourful facades and palm trees, Ajaccio’s old town is as romantic as you wish.
During your walk, you will discover the citadel, the ramparts, the Place Foch and that of the Casone, the imperial chapel.
The places and monuments tell you a story and sometimes, a secret garden will be revealed among the stones of yesteryear. ## Transports - Ajaccio train station: 6 minutes by car. - Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte Airport: 3 minutes by car.

The property itself is a normal flat, but I was impressed by the big window in the living room, which offers great sea view. Hospitality was perfect. Easy check-in and check-out gave me flexibilities. I highly recommend!

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment, nette Vermieterin, gute Lage mit schönem Ausblick
Negative:
Leider war das 2. Schlafzimmer kein Zimmer, sondern man musste über eine Hühnerleiter in einen tür- und fensterlosen "Verschlag" hinaufklettern - nennt sich dann Mezzanin

Super appartement avec vue époustouflante sur la baie d'ajaccio.
Negative:
La 2e chambre (mezzanine) est très difficile d'accès : échelle en pente raide et plafond très bas.
