Please note: The swimming pool in this condominium is open from the end of May/beginning of June to the end of September/beginning of October. We are not able to know the precise dates. If the swimming pool is essential for you, please ask us directly and expressly before making any reservation. We also remind you that during your stay the swimming pool may be closed for a few days for maintenance which is not our responsibility. No refunds will be taken into account in the event of closure

## Neighborhood
The chic resort of Juan-les-Pins is known for its long sandy beaches and a seafront promenade lined with stylish open-air restaurants, fashion boutiques and modern apartment buildings. A little further inland, small streets are home to cocktail bars and nightclubs, and the Jardins de la Pinède park hosts the Jazz à Juan festival each summer. Events are held at the Palais des Congrès in a contemporary building with curved lines.
## Transit
You can reach NICE airport in 30 minutes, you can also take advantage of direct bus lines 8, towards Golfe-Juan Vallauris and Fontonne in Antibes, 100, towards Valbonne, A, towards the centre of Antibes, 200 towards Nice and Cannes, and 250, towards the airport.
Close to all shops, beaches, restaurants, transport...

Stor och fin lägenhet med bra läge.

Positive:
Modern lägenhet. Rent och lagom stor för en familj.
Bra läge mitt emellan Antibes och Juan Les Pins, ca 10 min promenad till båda stränderna. Lugnt område. Balkong och AC.
Negative:
Hårda sängar. Balkongen var stor och bra men ingen rolig utsikt, var precis ovanför entrén mot gatan. Inga solstolar vid poolen.

Large clean apartment with new nice design that has all you need. Large pool but missing sunbeds. 15 min walk to Jean Les Pins beach and around 10 to Antibes.

Positive:
The vibe and surrounding are good. The facilities in the apartment are clean and quite complete. It has AC in the living room and the main bedroom. It is located in a community with local residences and ten minutes walking to.the beach.
Negative:
The accommodation doesn't provide hair drye...
